When searching for a job, I knew I wanted to be part of a startup where I could develop my knowledge across different functions and have access to growth opportunities. As I got deeper into my search, I came across Home-Made and read Asaf’s inspiring story on TechCrunch about how the company started and its mission. Two and a half years later, I'm enjoying every moment of my time here! I’ve been able to develop a strong foundation in Sales, where I can take ownership of my work, and work alongside great people who bring a wealth of knowledge. Now that I’ve progressed into the Sales Associate Team Lead, I enjoy nurturing & guiding Sales Associates through their development in the company.

I work within the sales team as a Build-to-Rent Performance Manager. I love how dynamic my role is, and how it encompasses elements of data analysis, client management, team activation and business development, among other things! We don't currently sponsor visas. If you are on a start up or graduate visa we are able to accept applications but please make sure you let us know - we are only able to offer fixed term contracts for the remaining time on your visa.

YES! We actively look for Interns for our busy period in the summer. Intern applications normally open in November (the year before the internship). We are also open to placement students, please reach out to joinus@home-made.com if this is something you're interested in.

Culture and team work are really important to us and part of our success with that is being physically present. We are in the office primarily but do offer some flexibility for WFH (1-2 days a week) for certain teams post probation.
