Based on our London office, our Property Management team act as the single point of contact for Tenants and Landlords after move in day. The team ensures all properties are inspected and ready for new tenants, all maintenance requests are addressed, Landlords are kept up to date on the status of their asset and ensure rent is collected in full and on time from Tenants.
