Tenancy Operations

Based in our London office, Tenancy Operations primarily manages the progression of deals from holding deposit received to happy move in day, including referencing, right to rent, contracts, and compliance checks. The team provides administrative assistance with renewals, change of sharers, relisting and deposit releases, along with coordinating planned and reactive maintenance pre and post move in.
