Our Sales Function is made up of 4 different departments:

Sales Development Executives:

Based in our London office, Sales Development Executives are the first point of contact on a renters journey to find their next home. They speak with renters to discuss their needs and wants and to book them in for viewings.

Sales Associates:

Responsible for managing customer relationships and showcasing individual properties and developments across their regions (London, Manchester, Liverpool & Bristol). The team are based in the office in between property visits.

Sales Operations:

The team has the responsibility to make sure that all of the field activities (viewings, meeting landlords) go ahead without any issues and they have all the relevant conversations with renters and tenants. They support the Sales Associates and Account Managers on the road. Based in our London office, they oversee the business nationally. 

Account Managers:

Based all over London from Zones 1-6 and in our London office, our Account Managers pitch and onboard new landlords, accurately value and ensure properties are rented quickly, and build long term relationships. Our Account Managers are on both our B2C Landlords and B2B.
