Salary: Basic £24K + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9am-6pm including evening viewing depending on demand

Location: The position requires daily travel within Leeds & some travel to Liverpool (no driving license required!)

Role responsibilities:

The Field Sales Advisor will play a vital part in developing face-to-face relationships with our customers and delivering high-quality offers on marketed properties.

Your responsibilities would include:

🏡 Showcase Our Fabulous Properties: You’ll be the face of our Build to Rent portfolios, hosting viewings with potential renters across Leeds and Liverpool. Your mission? To help future residents find their dream home!

💬 Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: From the moment they inquire, to the day they move in (and beyond!), you’ll make every interaction count. You’ll guide renters through the exciting journey of finding their new home, offering personalised advice and being their go-to person.

✨ Be the Expert on Everything!: From the unique features of our properties to the best local hotspots, you’ll know it all! Whether it’s the best coffee shops, quirky bars, or hidden gems like local parks, you'll provide tailor-made recommendations that suit each person’s lifestyle.

📊 Master of the Details: You’ll keep track of all the key information and ensure it’s recorded accurately for client reporting. Your attention to detail will help drive success in the team.

📞 Turn Inquiries into Moves: When things are quieter, you’ll jump on the phone, answering questions and booking viewings. Plus, there’s the exciting potential for extra commission if you book in a viewing, show the property, AND they sign the lease!

🤝 Collaborate and Conquer: You’ll work closely with our Account Management and Operations teams to get the best out of our properties and processes, making sure everything runs smoothly.
