As a Call Handler, you’ll be the first friendly voice our customers hear, guiding them from inquiry to excitement. Your mission? To match renters with their perfect home by qualifying warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, uncovering their needs, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
Working hours: Rotas are set in advance - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. This role also requires a bi-weekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.
Office location: London Southwark, this is a full time office-based role (close to Southwark, Waterloo and Blackfriars stations)
Salary: Base Salary £23k plus uncapped commission £30k OTE
The Job:
📞 Call & Connect: Speak with prospective renters via phone, WhatsApp, and email to help them find their dream home.
📋 Manage Leads: Work through inbound and outbound call lists, staying on top of every opportunity.
🏡 Match-Make: Recommend properties that fit customers' needs—even if it’s in a slightly different location than they imagined.
💡 Promote Perks: Confidently explain promotions and how they’ll benefit renters.
📍 Be the Expert: Share your knowledge of each property development and the local area to build excitement and trust.
🤝 Team Player: Collaborate with the team to smash targets and celebrate successes.
📅 Get Viewings Booked: Schedule viewings at convenient times, leaving customers feeling excited and ready to move forward!
